Khan Nguyen is a master's student in the Center for the Study of Higher and Postsecondary Education, Office of Student Affairs intern, and dije Office Graduate Student Assistant.
Khan earned his bachelor’s degree in early childhood education from Lebanon Valley College in May 2021. Khan held was employed in several campus jobs, including Freshman Orientation Leader and Tour Guide. During his time as an undergraduate, Khan's active participation in student affairs sparked a passion to pursue a career in the field of higher education.
The University of Michigan has provided Khan with opportunities that have strengthened his skills in and approaches to higher education administration. Khan has held an internship for the past year with the School of Education Office of Student Affairs, where he has programmed community building and recruiting events for students in the Teacher Education Preferred Admit (TEPA) program. Khan recently shifted roles in OSA to become a Student Life intern, and also began a new role supporting the SOE dije Office as a Graduate Student Assistant.
Khan is excited for his last semester at Michigan and to continue working in the field of higher education!
