As part of a holistic application review, several aspects of a student's academic experience are considered. In addition to a minimum GPA of 3.0, strong transfer applicants will also submit letters of recommendation that speak to the student's previous experiences, abilities, and goals; a personal statement that addresses why the student's previous academic and professional experiences make him/her an ideal candidate for admission; and a high school transcript and test scores that reflect strong academic preparation.
