Tim McKay featured in LSA podcast “How to Science”

Professor Tim McKay contributed to the LSA Podcast “How to Science.” In episode 6, he shares his early experiences with scientific research as well as his more recent efforts to promote higher education.

“My interest in education has definitely grown way beyond physics,” he explains. “Higher education is this huge, transformative power in the world, and I’m thinking now about how do we make the higher education experience for all students at Michigan the best it can possibly be? And once we do that, how do we use that example to make higher education for the United States and the world the best it can possibly be?”

Timothy A. McKay is Arthur F. Thurnau Professor of Physics, Astronomy, and Education, Director of the Honors Program for the College of Literature, Science, and the Arts
